Margit Osterloh war ordentliche Professorin für Betriebswirtschaftslehre an der Universität Zürich, Institut für Organisations- und Verwaltungswissenschaften, und ist heute ständige Gastprofessorin an der Universität Basel. Ihre Forschungsschwerpunkte sind Organisationswissenschaften, Innovations- und Technologiemanagement sowie Frauen in Organisationen.
